The Team

Laura

Salon owner and level 4 stylist

Laura has built the salon on her love for making clients look and feel their best with amazing hair and a professional, personable service. Laura is qualified NVQ Level 3 and dedicated to learning new styling techniques. She regularly attends management courses to give her team the best workplace she can.

Victoria

Beauty owner

Victoria has worked in beauty for over 25 years and has managed the Beauty Studio within Niche for the last four years. She loves to give clients a relaxing and therapeutic experience. Victoria is an electrolysis specialist and offers a full range of beauty therapy treatments.

Emma

Manager, colour specialist and level 3 stylist

Emma is the Manager at Niche and has been with us for over eight years. In April 2018, Emma graduated as a L’Oréal Colour Specialist at Central Saint Martins University of the Arts London. Emma’s greatest passion is colouring hair and training our apprentices.

Sue

Level 4 stylist

Sue is one of the founders of Niche in 2010 and has been hairdressing for over 34 years. Sue helps to train and assess our apprentices. Sue loves building good relationships with her clients as well as attending courses to learn new techniques.

Rebecca

Level 4 stylist

Rebecca has been a stylist for over 20 years and completed her Advanced Level 3 in 2010 as well has being trained in many courses. She loves all aspects of styling but has a special passion for wedding and bridal hair. Rebecca loves making her clients feel their best.

Matt

Level 4 stylist

Matt has been hairdressing for over 15 years and loves styling short hair and creating gorgeous blondes of every shade and tone. Matt was awarded British Extensionist of the Year with Balmain hair extensions in 2015.

Louise

Level 3 stylist

Louise has worked with Niche for nine years. She is dedicated to giving each of her clients a personal service and sees her clients as friends whether they are regulars or new to the salon. She enjoys giving clients the best experience she can.

Jasmine

Level 3 stylist

Jasmine started hairdressing as soon as she left school. She loves meeting clients and building amazing relationships to make her clients feel at home in the salon. Jasmine especially enjoys giving clients a restyle or colour change.

Megan

Level 2 stylist

Megan has been with us for 4 years and in this time achieved her NVQ Level 3. She regularly attends courses and is a Kerastraight specialist. Megan believes there is no better feeling than making her clients look and feel good.

Molly

Apprentice

Molly is working towards her NVQ Level 2 and is already producing some amazing work. Molly is a talented stylist and strives for perfection in everything she does. She works hard to help all our stylists while making clients feel relaxed.

Kally

Apprentice

Kally is our newest member of the team and is working towards her NVQ Level 2. She is hardworking and passionate about being the best stylist she can be. Kally is dedicated to making the salon a warm and welcoming place for our clients.
